Vertigo & Meniere’s Disease

Vertigo or dizziness

You may think of vertigo as a dizziness experienced when you are looking down from a great height, but in actual fact, the medical term ‘vertigo’ is a condition of dizziness, that is not associated with heights at all.

If you do not like being at a great height, that is a separate issue.  (Resolution Magic can also help with a fear of heights).

Meniere’s Disease

The group of symptoms included in this term include earache, dizziness (vertigo), tinnitus, and periods of deafness, or partial deafness.  The condition can be very debilitating.  The attacks can last for hours, days, or weeks, and then everything returns to normal.

The partial deafness is due to the extreme damage caused by the condition.  I believe the damage is caused initially by the wave of neurological activity – the searing electrical impulses, burning and inflaming the tissue of the ear.  Once this is switched off, I believe the ear can repair all the way back to normality.

With this condition, it is quite common to have migraine.

Whatever name you have been given for your condition, please don’t think that you can’t do anything about it.  Simply use Resolution Magic exercises on every symptom you have, keep a record, and watch them disappear.
