What is Resolution Magic?

I am Olivia Roberts, the founder of Resolution Magic, and I believe that you should enjoy every moment, of every day of your life.  Free from unnecessary, unwanted feelings, like irritability, reluctance or lack of confidence, and free from physical symptoms like pain, vertigo, fatigue and Irritable Bowel Syndrome. (See the list of symptoms and conditions).
Resolution Magic is a number of programmes designed to reduce physical symptoms and unwanted feelings until they disappear.   It’s all done by some rather clever mental exercises.  These original exercises retrain the way your body and mind work, so that you can change an unwanted feeling, or make a physical symptom disappear.
You could learn all about the theory and practice of this remarkable new field of study by reading the book.
The Theory of Neurological Wave Syndrome explains how physical and psychological symptoms are created, and why the techniques of Resolution Magic work.
If you are looking for help with just one project, like losing weight or making a verruca disappear, a CD or MP3 download might be just what you need – select the tab on the left. Please note that these CD’s/MP3s are NLP-style mental exercises, and although they complement the programme, they are very different from the complete Resolution Magic programme.
It’s all done by mental exercises.  These original ‘Resolution Magic’ exercises change the way your body and mind works, so that you can change an unwanted feeling, or make a physical symptom disappear.
Discover what conditions, symptoms, and projects you can include in your programme.
Read many case histories about people who have used Resolution magic for a wide variety of symptoms and conditions.  You will find these links on the relevant pages in the list of symptoms and conditions. There are many more real-life stories in the book.
