Tinnitus

Tinnitus is a nuisance at best, a nightmare at worst.  Tinnitus is hearing the sound of noises that are not coming from the outside world.

It can sound like the beating of the pulse, or it can be a searing high-pitch, sounding like a violin string.  It can be a loud roar, like a high wind.  It can sound like the beating of a drum, sometimes in keeping with your heartbeat, and strangely, at other times not at all related to it. There are many variations.

It can keep you awake at night, and make it difficult to concentrate during the day.

If you suffer from tinnitus, use the Resolution Magic exercises, for one minute 2-4 times a day.  In addition, work particularly on any areas of anxiety in your life with the Resolution Magic programme for unwanted feelings.

If you are a long-term sufferer it may take a few weeks to respond.  Read Chris and Anne’s case histories and you will see how symptoms and feelings can all be connected in surprising ways.

Case Study 1: Chris had anxiety with tinnitus
