Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome (TMJ Syndrome)

The temporomandibular joint (TMJ) connects the lower jaw to the skull.  TMJ Syndrome is a disorder of the joint that is responsible for pain, and can also be one of the triggers for headaches and migraine.   I believe that the joint is affected by Neurological Wave Syndrome, which fires electricity into the joint, causing the usual problems of pain, inflammation and then even physical damage.

This could also be diagnosed as Trigeminal Neuralgia.

Begin the programme for symptoms (page 88), aiming the active sessions at the jaw. Remember – tense and release on the G of the Go Away. This is just a tense and release – not a “squeeze -the-life-out-of-it” squeeze!
