The Resolution Magic Chart will let you see at a glance how you are progressing. It is an essential part of the programme, as you will see that your symptoms will increase and decrease over time, with gaps appearing and then lengthening. If you don’t keep a chart, every time your symptoms return, you will believe that the programme has failed, and you will stop working. The programme hasn’t failed – you have just come to the end of a gap!
Anyone can send me an email to request a chart which you can print at home, and I will also send you a short, 2-minute video so that you can see how to use the chart to help you through the programme.
Printing the chart on card rather than thin paper works out better. 160gsm paper is ideal.
