In this hour, discover the background to Resolution Magic – a programme to reduce unwanted feelings and physical symptoms until they disappear.
Hear case histories of past clients; how they became ill; how they won back good health.
Could your thoughts and reactions be the underlying cause of your symptoms? Could there be an element of habit, where your nervous system has begun a symptom and does not know how to stop it! Could there be an element of a reaction to past events, like a version of post-traumatic-stress-disorder?
Discover how an overwhelmed nervous system creates symptoms. The nervous system prepares the body for any situation, but it’s not able to determine the cause of your upset.
Could your reactions be caused by real threats of today – or are they just thoughts based on past experiences creating feelings of impatience, anger or unhappiness?
2pm How you can change unwanted physical symptoms and unwanted feelings.
How can you change a physical symptom?
In this section, we shall discuss the possible causes of physical and psychological symptoms.
Discover how the subconscious works and how we can change it to reduce symptoms or stop unwanted feelings.

3pm Discover the effects of past experiences
How can past experiences affect you now?
You may already know how past experiences can cause post-traumatic stress disorder, (p.t.s.d.), but today I will demonstrate how all of our past experiences influence the way that we feel and react today.
Learn a technique that removes the unwanted effects of memories (but leaves the memory in place).
3.45pm How to change an unwanted feeling
In this section we deal with unpleasant everyday feelings – like road rage!
You may not be angry on the road, but there may be other things in your life that make you feel so angry! Today, I will show you a technique that will change your unwanted automatic reactions, like anger, procrastination, and dread.
What things spoil your day? Do you feel reluctant to do the ironing or the paper-work? Do you dread going to the dentist? Do you hate exams? Do you hate going to the supermarket? Do you get irritable when certain people arrive at your house? Does the dog next door get on your wick? Does the noise from the street annoy you?
All of these are minor irritations, but they all add up.
In this section, I shall show you a technique to eliminate these everyday unwanted feelings, so that you are not angry on the road or anywhere else, you can get on quite happily with the ironing or the paperwork, and you don’t notice the dog next door or the noise from the street! In fact, you will be able to use it on any unwanted reaction to any everyday situation.
And I will explain how you can use this process to stop the habit of worrying – you know who you are, you worriers!
By the end of this day, I hope you will understand how our lives build up to cause physical and psychological symptoms. These symptoms are very real – they are not ‘all in your head’, but they are created by your own nervous system. Your own automatic systems of the brain creates electrical pulses that ‘burn’ wherever they are deposited, and create an assortment of symptoms from pain to vertigo.
I hope also, by the end of this day, that you will see how you can change the components that add up in the ‘Tesco trolley of life’ so that your nervous system can make changes to allow healing to take place.
