Tina
and her daughter Kerrie
Tina telephoned
me to find help for her daughter, Kerrie, who was suffering
migraine several times each month. Tina knew this was a family trait,
as so many of the female members of the family were migraine sufferers,
including Tina.
You can read Kerrie’s case history
below, but it is a very short one. Kerrie found the programme so
successful that she was able to send her migraine away very quickly,
and as you can imagine, Tina was delighted. So much so, that she
booked an appointment for herself, and began the programme on 9th
June 2006.
Tina's Case History ....
Tina had migraine 2-3 times each month Each time Tina began a migraine, it would begin
about lunchtime, and then continue until she eventually fell asleep.
Sometimes the headache would be less severe, but often it would
lead on to nausea and light sensitivity, and Tina would have to
go to bed, missing out on days of her life.
Tina did very well on the Resolution programme. After a while, Tina
knew that she was risking it when she had red wine at that ‘time
of the month’, but she wanted to challenge her migraine, and
perfect the art of sending it away. Sure enough, a migraine began,
but Tina fought it tooth and nail. Often Tina found that she was
successful in sending the attacks away, but the time taken to do it varied.
On one occasion, after three hours of battle, Tina thought of giving
up, and then she remembered my last telephone
coaching session where she learnt that sometimes the migraine rises to the occasion and
throws itself into the ‘mother of all migraines’. Tina
knew that this was possibly what was happening, and so she also
rose to the occasion and summoned up all of her energy to blast
this one into oblivion. “This is it. I am NOT letting it win”,
she said to herself.
After that very strong
migraine attack, the following attacks were progressively weaker.
After a couple of weeks, Tina said, “It doesn’t worry
me now. I used to worry in case a migraine appeared on a morning
when I had commitments, but now I know I can get rid of it.”
Half-Hour Migraine attacks .....
Tina began to have half-hour migraines,
when it took her only half and hour ro send her migraine away. The
only time she really had to battle harder was at period time. Fortunately, these
menstrual migraines were also gradually reducing. Tina kept a chart
to record the intensity and the duration of each attack. It wasn't
long before Tina was migraine-free.
All the way down to Zero !
Tina is on the panel of
past clients, willing to speak to others to reassure them that the
Migraine Resolution Programme really is able to reduce migraine
all the way down to zero.
Kerrie’s Case History
Kerrie was only eighteen
years old when Tina, her mother, discovered Resolution.
Over the previous twelve months, migraine began to seriously encroach
on Kerrie's life. From just having the occasional migraine, Kerrie
found that migraines were attacking every week. The first sign of
an impending migraine appeared about mid-day, often at work. Kerrie
began to feel pressure building up around her eyes, the first sign
of her migraine. The headache built up until it was pounding so
much that Kerrie wasn't even able to think. Whatever was planned
for the rest of the day was cancelled. Kerrie went home, to lie
in bed with the curtains closed, just waiting for her migraine to
subside. One or two days of every week was ruined by this debilitating
condition.
Kerrie found that her prescription
drugs were helping to alleviate some of the symptoms of the migraine,
but the migraine attacks were becoming much more frequent. In previous
times, her migraine would begin to ease at bedtime, but recently
it had becomemore intense, and lasted well into the morning of the
next day. This was beginning to have a detrimental effect on her
life.
Success after just TWO WEEKS!
Kerrie began the
Migraine Resolution Programme in March 2006. Amazingly, Kerrie’s
migraine receded at each successive attack until it disappeared
after only two weeks. If a migraine should ever attempt to come
back, Kerrie is waiting with her new technique to banish it. Kerrie
is on the panel, and happy to speak to younger prospective clients.
