   A chronic itch is an itch that goes on and on for a long time, perhaps even years.  It can happen with any nerve of the body, and it is an easy one for you to tackle with the Resolution Programme.

   Itches are normally associated with a requirement to rub the area – possibly to remove potential unwelcome visitors, like insects. 

   However, there are some times when you know there is no reason for the itch, and it seems to develop into a permanent itch over time.

   No doubt you will have wondered just why this is happening, but the plain truth is – your subconscious is making a mistake!  This sequence of the subconscious can be re-educated not to itch any more – so include it in your Resolution Programme.
